2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

3. Since the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the illegal selection and engagement of opposite party no.5 as Anganwadi Worker in respect of Colony No.6 Anganwadi Centre under Batasana Gram Panchayat in the district of Koraput, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue her remedy by preferring appeal before the appropriate forum.

4. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
