Heard Ms. Aruna Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. R.K. Bisoi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for S&ME Department.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition assailing the order dated 20.10.2016 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No. 3031 of 2015.

Mr. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for S&ME Department contended that identical matter bearing W.P.(C) No. 6602 of 2012 has already been disposed by this Court on 08.04.2022, taking into consideration the ratio decided by this Court in the case of State of Orissa and others v. Nabin Kumar Beura, 2011 (1) OLR 149. 5.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 08.04.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 6602 of 2022.
