This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the CMAPL.

Even after attempt of the petitioner on service of copy of the limitation petition along with copy of CMAPL, there is refusal by the set of counsel appearing for the private opposite parties. There is service of copy on learned State Counsel. This Court finds the delay occurred due to COVID-19 reason. Consequently the delay in filing the CMAPL stands condoned.

This is an application for restoration of O.J.C.No.4732 of 1994. Getting into hearing the CMAPL, this Court finds there is ground to restore the writ petition involved. As a consequence this Court allows the CMAPL and restores O.J.C.No.4732 of 1994 to its original file. 2.
