The Writ Petition involves an allegation that in spite of objections of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-3 & 4 series involving reservation of seat for the position of Mayor in the Municipal Election, there is no consideration and there is publication of final Notification. Considering the grievance of the Petitioner, in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court observes, in the event the Petitioner's objections were received in time and there has been decision on the same, copy of such decision shall be provided to the Petitioner at least within seven days from the date of communication of this order.
