1. The Petitioners' representation (Annexure-3 series) shall be Order No.

examined by the General Manager, East Coast Railway, Bhubaneswar and after giving the Petitioners a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 5th September, 2022. The said order shall be made available to the Petitioners not later than 12th September, 2022. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
