3. The Petitioner is in custody since 25th November, 2021 in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.665/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2875/2021 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C. (R), Cuttack for the alleged commission of the

// 2 // offence under Sections 376(2)(n)/376(2)(L) /313/324/294/506 of the I.P.C.

4. Considering the nature of accusations and the existence of materials prima facie to support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected.
