Since the Petitioner has clear appeal remedy, this Court is not Order No.
inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appeal involving the dispute involved herein. 3.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
