This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This application has been filed for modification of order dated 13.04.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.4393 of 2022. 3.

Paragraph-6 of the order dated 13.04.2021 be substituted with the following :

"Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Opposite Party Nos. 1 & 2 within a period of two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. In the event such a representation is filed, the Opposite Party Nos. 1 & 2 are directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the representation. The decision so taken shall

// 2 // be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks. From the date of taking such decision, it is open for the Petitioner to bring it to the notice of Opposite Party Nos. 1 & 2 the letter dated 25.08.2020 issued by the Project Director, Nawarangpur under Annexure-4 series. The Opposite Party Nos. 1 & 2 shall do well to consider the letter dated 25.08.2020 while passing the final order on the representation of the Petitioner." 4.

Paragraph-7 be deleted.

Paragraph-9 be corrected as Para-8.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
