CORAM:
THE CHIEF JUSTICE JUSTICE CHITTARANJAN DASH Order No.
ORDER
29.08.2022 04.
1. Despite the Court reminding the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners that if they have a grievance against specific individuals who, according to them, have encroached on properties belonging to the temple of Lord Jagannath, such persons have to be made parties to the petition, learned counsel for the Petitioners is unable to appreciate this basic concept.
2. Consequently, the Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition and it is dismissed as such.
