Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2021 in connection with Keonjhar Sadar P.S. Case No.28 of 2021 corresponding to S.T. Case No.40 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Keonjhar for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 498(A)/302 of IPC.

Considering the nature of accusations and the availability of materials prima facie in support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected. 5.
BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
