This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 21st December, 2021 (Annexure-4) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Boudh in I.A. No.01 of 2021 (arising out of Civil Proceeding No.19 of 2020), whereby the present Petitioner has been directed to pay a sum of Rs.7,000/- per month to the Opposite Party-Wife towards pendente lite maintenance. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo submits that the Petitioner does not want to press this writ petition and prays for withdrawal of the same.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Memo filed in Court be kept on record.

The interim order dated 25th April, 2022 passed in I.A. No.2139 of 2022 stands vacated.
