This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard, Mr. A. K. Mishra-3, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Karunakar Gaya, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Being aggrieved by the order dated 18.02.2020 in G.R. Case No.106 of 2008 by the Learned Nyayadhikari Gramanyayalaya, Odagaon, issuing order of NBW, the petitioners have approached this Court. While prima facie, this Court does not find any infirmity in the order passed but in order to allow the petitioners to effectively defend themselves, it is directed that, in the event, the petitioners surrender within a period of three weeks hence, they shall be released on bail on earlier terms.

It is made clear that, in the event the petitioners do not surrender within the time fixed, it shall be open to the

// 2 // prosecution to take effective steps in terms of the impugned order.

While being released on bail, it is directed that the petitioners shall furnish their mobile numbers and email I.D., if any.

The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.

7.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rule.
