The Petitioner alleges that in spite of an objection being raised involving urban election to the Director, Municipal Administration, vide Annexure-3, there is no outcome of the same.

In the circumstance, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition simply directing to the Director, Municipal Administration, O.P.2 to communicate the Petitioner the decision, if any taken, on Annexure-3. This Court makes it clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the objection involved herein.
