Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2021 in connection with Jaypore Town P.S. Case No.147 of 2012 corresponding to C.T. Case No.32 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned CJM-cum-Asst. Sessions Judge, Jeypore for the alleged commission of offence under Section 394 of IPC. 4.

Considering the submissions, materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case coupled with the fact that the co-accused persons have already been released on bail, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.
