1. The Petitioner's representation dated 2nd August, 2017 will be examined by the Registrar, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2), and after hearing the Petitioner on a date to be informed to him at least ten days in advance, an order be passed on the representation not later than 1st June, 2022 and the decision thereon be communicated to him not later than 8th June, 2022. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
