Heard Ms. D. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to consider her case for providing an alternative road for transportation of sand from the quarry site. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-8, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-8 and pass a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
