The grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to inaction of the Tahasildar, Chandabali to implement the order passed by the Sub-Collector, Bhadrak dated 4th September, 2018 in Mutation Appeal No.124 of 2015. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Das, leaned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 4.

Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of. 5.

Certified copy of Annexure-2 shall be returned to learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photo copy thereof.
