The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.3 not to proceed with further recovery or adjustment from the dues of the petitioner without reconciling the advances vis-à-vis bills/vouchers submitted to that effect.

Mr. S.P. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-3, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexure-2, the statement of advance taken for various office purposes which has been attached to Annexure-2 and Annexure-4, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under

Annexure-3 taking into consideration Annexure-2, the statement of advance taken for various office purposes which has been attached to Annexure-2 and Annexure-4, and pass a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified/authenticated copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
