The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Tihidi-Opposite Party No.3 to incorporate the Plot No.1408 in Khata No.564 of mouza Kubera under Tihidi Tahasil in the district of Bhadrak.

In course of hearing, Mr. Dey, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the appropriate remedy before the statutory forum. 4.
