This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State. Perused the records.

The sole grievance of the Petitioner is that although she had appeared in the examination for the post of Nursing Officer held on 07.02.2021 pursuant to the Advertisement dated 04.12.2020, but her result has not been declared, whereas the results of other candidates in respect of said examination have been declared. The reason may be best known to the Authority. It is submitted that even though she had approached the Authority several times in this matter, but no satisfactory reply has been given.

Learned counsel for the State on the other hand submits that let the Petitioner approached the Authority afresh and the Authority may be directed to declare her result.

At this juncture, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that she had already represented to the Opposite Party No.3 on 17.05.2021 (Annexure-8). It is further stated that the same is pending as of now.

Considering the limited nature of grievance, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 17.5.2021 (Annexure-8) filed by the Petitioner strictly in accordance with law and the Petitioner be forwarded the result of the examination within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Petitioner is also directed to approach the Authority along with certified copy of this order within one week hence. 7.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
