Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the Informant.

The Interlocutory Application has been filed by the Informant with a prayer for a direction to the accused-Petitioner to provide copies of the Registration Certification of the vehicle in question. 4.
Learned counsel for the Informant further contended that since the original Registration Certificate is not available, the informant is ready and willing applies for a duplicate copy of the Registration Certificate before the competent authority.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
