ORDER

1. At the outset, learned counsel for the Appellants seeks to confine her prayer only to the extent that the learned Single Judge by an order dated 18th October, 2017 declined to entertain the review petition being RVWPET No.338 of 2016 filed by the present Appellants. The said review petition had been filed seeking to recall of an order dated 9th November, 2015 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.7055 of 2010.

2. The reason for dismissal of the review petition was that it was delayed by 590 days.

3. Learned counsel for the Appellants seeks to convince the Court the delay was bona fide and due to administrative reasons.

4. Having examined the impugned order and having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the Appellants, the Court is not satisfied that the extra ordinary delay of 590 days in preferring the review petition was properly explained and required to be condoned.

There is no error committed by the learned Single Judge in declining to entertain the review petition.

5. The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.
