Heard Mr. S. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.

Mr. Mohanty submits that on the self same cause of action, one F.I.R. was lodged by one Somanath Khuntia on 22.07.2021 and the same was registered as Singhadwar P.S. Case No.53 dated 25.07.2021 under Sections 292/294/295A/153-A of I.P.C. read with Section 67 of the I.T. Act and since on the self same cause of action, subsequent F.I.R. was lodged by the petitioner, the same was not registered. However, the petitioner has been examined in connection with the above noted case and her statement has been recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. In such background, he submits that the complaint filed by the petitioner has not been registered.

Considering the submissions made, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be decided in this

// 2 // matter. Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped. 4.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application in course of the day.
