1. Perused the order dated 16th December, 2022.

2. It appears that there are two inadvertent mistakes in the aforementioned order. One is with regard to case number which is reflected at the top of the order sheet i.e. CMAPL No.113 of 2022 instead of CMAPL No.113 of 2020. Another is with regard to serial number of the order which is reflected as Order No.1 instead of Order No.6.

3. In the interests of justice, it is clarified that CMAPL No.113 of 2022 be read as CMAPL No.113 of 2020 and Order No.1 be read as Order No.6. Remaining part of the said order shall remain unaltered. The corrected order be uploaded in place of the earlier order.
