Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even though no F.I.R. has yet been lodged against the petitioner, but since the petitioner is frequently called by the Inspector incharge of Odagaon police station, he is apprehending arrest. Since no first information report has yet been registered, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this anticipatory bail application. The petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy the moment the F.I.R. is lodged.

The ABLAPL stands disposed of.
