1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard.

3. In this writ petition, the petitioners have been disengaged from the post of Gana Sikshayaks on the basis of allegation of production of fake OTET certificates issued by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha. In the present Writ Petition, the petitioners are seeking for a direction to the Opposite Parties more particularly the Collector-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Boudh/Opposite Party No.3 to consider their cases for reengagement in service with similar terms and conditions as per the order dated 07.12.2021. The

// 2 // Petitioners have approached the Collector-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Boudh to consider their cases, but their cases have not yet been considered for which they have been compelled to approach this Court.

4. Since there is provision of appeal as per Rule 22 OCA(CCA) Rule, 1962, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the appropriate Appellate Authority for consideration. The said appeal is still pending before the appellate authority without disposal.

5. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to appeal before the appropriate Appellate Authority within one week from today and the said appeal shall be disposed of in another one month thereafter.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
