I.A.No.1316 of 2021 This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This I.A. has been filed for change of nomenclature of bail application to Criminal Appeal as during investigation preliminary charge sheet dated 22.4.2021 has been submitted under Sections 302/34 of IPC read with Section 3 (2) (v) of S.C. & S.T. (P.O.A.) Act against the petitioners and another.

Mr. S.S.Pradhan, learned Addl. Government Advocate also confirms that during investigation, investigation of the case has been handed over to the Addl. S.P., Jajpur as offence under Section S.C. & S.T. (P.O.A.) Act was found to have been committed. In view of the above submissions, the prayer to convert the nomenclature from BLAPL to CRLA is allowed.

Registry is directed to register this application as CRLA and to list the matter after fresh Stamp Reporting. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
