The instant intra-court writ appeal is directed against the order dated 12th January, 2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P(C) No. 577 of 2021, whereby the Appellants (Petitioners) have been relegated to seek their remedy regarding the apprehended forcible eviction, to be availed in accordance with law. 3.

At the time of resumed hearing today, counsel for the Appellants prays for an unconditional withdrawal of the writ appeal. A memo to that effect has been filed. 4.

In view of the above, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
