Mr. Mahanta, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners Order No.
and submits, his clients' are licensees in respect of shop rooms in old bus stand, Bhubaneswar under Orissa State Road Transport Corporation (OSRTC). They made representation dated 4th August, 2021 to opposite party no.2 for exoneration from payment licence fees for period of seven months, covering the restriction period of the COVID-19 pandemic. He submits, there be direction upon opposite party to consider and dispose of the representation sympathetically. 2.
Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice. Instead opposite party no.2 is directed to deal with and dispose of said representation dated 4th August, 2021 within three weeks of approach
