1. The affidavit of Opposite Party No.3 stating that she and Petitioner have married and are staying together as husband and wife, is taken on record.

2. In that view of the matter, Champua P.S. Case No.90 of 2016 as well as the corresponding G.R. Case No.222 of 2016 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Champua and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed. The CRLMC is allowed. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court forthwith.
