Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2021 in connection with Jagannathprasad P.S. Case No.386 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1542 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 498-A/323/506/419/494/420/34 of IPC read with Section 67(A) of Information Technology Act, 2000.

Considering the submissions, materials on record and the fact that charge sheet has been submitted in the case, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
