This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr. A.K. Budhia, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State opposite parties.
3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition against the process of selection of Anganwadi Worker in respect of Bagalpur Centre-2 in the district of Ganjam.

Learned Additional Government Advocate contended that against illegal process selection of Anganwadi Worker, appeal lies. Instead of filing appeal, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition directly, which is not maintainable before this Court.
5. Since against illegal process selection of Anganwadi Worker, appeal lies, this Court is not inclined to
entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum ventilating her grievances. In the event, the petitioner files such application, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
6. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
