This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 28.02.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently in the cause title as well as in the body of the anticipatory bail application, the Special G.R. Case number has been mentioned as '53 of 2018' instead of '55 of 2018' and therefore, the same may be corrected.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to such prayer.

// 2 // Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, the Special G.R. Case number mentioned in 3rd paragraph of the order dated 28.02.2022 as '53 of 2018' be read as '55 of 2018'. The rest part of the order dated 28.02.2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. stands disposed of.
