It appears, there is inadvertent filing of Appeal before the Order No.

wrong Authority by the Petitioner. Accordingly, the Memorandum of Appeal of the Petitioner has been returned back to the Petitioner to file it before the Competent Authority. Considering there is technical difficulty and no statutory Appeal has been filed as of now, as a matter of last chance, this Court permits the Petitioner to prefer statutory Appeal within one week from today. It is accordingly, this Court extends the interim protection granted by order dated 28.3.2022 at least for three weeks, within which period Interlocutory Application, if any, involving the Appeal shall be disposed of. 2.

I.A. stands disposed of.
