1. The challenge in the present appeal is to an interim order dated 13th January, 2015 passed in W.P.(C) No.1340 of 2015.

2. While admitting the present appeal on 30th March, 2015 it was directed the status quo shall be maintained by the parties. That status quo order has continued since.

3. There being no contest in the present writ appeal, it is directed the interim order passed by this Court on 30th March, 2015 will continue during pendency of the writ petition. Accordingly, the impugned order of the learned Single Judge is hereby set aside.

4. The writ appeal is disposed of in the above terms. The writ petition i.e. W.P.(C) No.1340 of 2015 will now be listed before the roster

Bench of the learned Single Judge on 14th November, 2022 for being proceeded in accordance with law.
