Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the case of the petitioner is covered by the ratio decided by this Court in Ganesh Kumar Raula & Ors. V. State of Odisha & Ors. (W.P.(C) No.863 of 2021, disposed of on 09.09.2021) and Manoj Kumar Satpathy & Ors. V. State of Odisha & Ors. (W.P.(C) No.1994 of 2021, disposed of on 09.09.2021). Therefore, direction may be issued to the authority to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of Ganesh Kumar Raula & Manoj Kumar Satpathy (supra).

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgments.
