This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Being aggrieved for non-compliance of the order dated 19.09.2006 passed in O.A.(C) No.1230 (C) of 2006 by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar, the present contempt application has been filed. The above noted O.A. was disposed of by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar with a direction to the respondent no.2-opposite party to dispose of the same by a speaking order within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order along with application and to communicate the result to the applicant /petitioner within four weeks thereafter.

However, compliance affidavit filed by the opposite party reveals that the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of in the meantime. Therefore, the application has become infructuous. 4.

Learned counsel for the State is directed to serve a copy of the

// 2 // compliance affidavit to the petitioner in Court today. 5.

However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge with the aforesaid prayer positively.
