This petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife to transfer C.P. No.131 of 2021 instituted at the instance of the opposite party-husband from the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack to the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak on the ground of personal inconvenience, so also threat perception at the hand of the opposite partyhusband. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ranjit Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party. Vakalatnama filed by Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the opposite party be traced and kept on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, especially the fact that convenience of the wife is the paramount consideration in a case for transfer of the matrimonial dispute, this Court allows this transfer petition and consequently directs that C.P. No.131 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack be transferred to the court of the Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid order, this TRP(C) stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
