This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking correction in the name of the Court.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that inadvertently the name of the Court has been reflected as "J.M.F.C.(City), Cuttack" in place of S.D.J.M.(S), Cuttack in the bail application. Learned counsel for the Petitioners is permitted to carry out the correction in Court today.

In such view of the matter the order in 4th line of Paragraph 3 of the order dated 11.10.2022 in place of "J.M.F.C.(City), Cuttack", "S.D.J.M.(S), Cuttack" be indicated.

The rest part of the order shall remain intact. 7.

In view of the aforesaid modification, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioners to surrender as per order dated 11.10.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees

// 2 // five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit. 8.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
