Learned counsel for the State submitted that no F.I.R. has yet been registered.

Since no first information report has yet been registered, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this anticipatory bail application. The petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy the moment the F.I.R. is lodged.

The ABLAPL stands disposed of.
