This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Khantapada P.S. Case No.37 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.111 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Balasore for alleged commission of offences under sections 341/323/294/ 326/307/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that the injured Arun Das has sustained simple injuries.

// 2 // Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there are no such materials against the petitioners so as to attract the ingredients of the offence under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and on hearing the learned counsel for the State and since there is no material that the petitioners are flouted the terms and conditions of the interim bail order, the interim order dated 15.03.2021 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
