This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 6th April, 2017 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Paralakhemundi in Criminal Revision No.9 of 2016 confirming the order dated 25th October, 2016 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Mohana in M.C. No.4 of 2015 directing issue of warrant to enforce the payment of maintenance by attachment and sale of movable property of the petitioner - Pratap Chhinchani for realization of interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/-.

At the time of hearing, Miss. Lipsa Mohanty, the proxy counsel on behalf of Mr. Soubhagya Kumar Dash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that this matter has become infructuous by efflux of time.

In view of such submission, the CRLMC stands dismissed as infructuous.
