This contempt application has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 22nd September, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.28574 of 2021, whereby this Court directed the Regional Transport Officer, Cuttack to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of the said order. 3.

Mr. Behera, learned Standing Counsel for the Transport Department submits that pursuant to the said direction of this Court, the representation of the Petitioner has been considered and an amount of Rs.17,135/- has been credited to the account of the Petitioner.
