Petitioner in this writ petition prays for setting aside order dated 15th July, 2021 (Annexure-6) passed by Tahasildar, Soro-Opposite Party No.3 in LI Case No.5 of 2021, whereby he refused to demarcate the land in question due to pendency of CS No.270/344 of 2021 pending before learned Senior Civil Judge, Soro.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to work out his remedy before the Civil Court.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
