Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that for the active indulgence of the public authority, there has been allowing of passage for passing of the trucks of the petitioners and there is no such inconvenience at present. This Court in disposal of the writ petition for having no further cause of action observes, the pubic authority is to see there is no further recurring of such correspondence bringing further litigation to the High Court.
