1. Complaint letter of the Petitioner shall be examined by the Collector and District Magistrate, Mayurbhanj (Opposite Party No.3) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as Opposite Party No.8 and after giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed not later than 16h May, 2022. The said order shall be made available to the parties not later than 23rd May, 2022. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
