Since on instruction Mr.Nanda, learned Addl.

Government Advocate submits that in the meantime Phulbani Town P.S. Case No. 105 dated 28.6.2022 has already been registered against the accused person for commission of offences under Sections 468, 471 and 474 I.P.C., Mr.Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly the CRLMP is dismissed as not pressed. 4.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
