Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioners are in custody since 27.01.2022 in connection with Angul P.S. Case No.340 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.918 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Angul for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 419/420/468/471 of IPC.

Considering the submissions, the nature of dispute which appears to be mainly civil in nature and the fact that several coaccused persons have already been granted interim protection by this Court, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that they shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail. 5.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
