The Writ Petition involves a request to the Competent Authority for ensuring free and fair election involving the Constituency involved therein.

In the event there are pending Applications at the instance of the Petitioners before the State Election Commission and the Collector-cum-District Election Officer, Berhampur, O.Ps.2 & 3 involved herein, as claimed under Annexure-3 & 4 respectively, O.Ps.2 & 3 are directed to look into the request of the Petitioners and make necessary arrangement to ensure free and fair election. 4.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. 5.

Issue urgent certified copy.
