CORAM:

DR. JUSTICE B.R. SARANGI

ORDER

29.08.2022 Order No.

05.

This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2.

Heard Ms. D. Mohapatra, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. J. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the order of eviction under Annexure-6 as well as the order passed by the appellate authority under Annexure-7.

4.

Since against the appellate order, revision lies in accordance with Section 12 (2) of the OPLE Act, this Writ Petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to pursue his remedy before the revisional authority, if he is so advised. Since the Writ Petition is pending before this Court from the year 2018, the petitioner is also at liberty to file an application for condonation of delay, which is to be considered by the appellate authority liberally.
